Google Bad Review 1: Decided to use Jemca Croydon bodyshop for my Lexus repairs as they were the closes Lexus approved bodyshop. Well to start with they have delayed the repairs by almost 3 weeks (in addition to 3 they have promissed originally) however it was August and I thought it's just a bad timing when people are on vacation. The repairs were done badly, not just 1 thing, but 4-5 things needed to be fixed, so had to return and even after corrections, yet again it was half done… It just felt the they think it's ok to do it in the way it was done… maybe it is, but not for a premium brand, so would not recomend for any Lexus owners who like their cars to be in mind condition.

Google Bad Review (2): Not happy with the service and MOT i had done here. They lied to me over the phone and said that I would fail my MOT if certain things weren't fixed. Upon inspection of the report (after collecting the car) only 2 of the 3 things listed were in the red. The only positive thing I have to say is that they followed very good hygiene when taking my keys and giving them back.
