Google Bad Review:  As of yet we have not had the kitchen, on what we have experienced so far I would not use this company. It's as if they think ppl are dum and don't care how much things cost. We are not all wealthy, some ppl save for what they want. So when we checked prices of the fridge freezer and Ovan and found we could get them for a whopping £475 reduced price at Curry well I was not happy as we were told there prices were comparable. We have also been met with a Account manager/designer who in opinion is nefarious or just incompetent at best. Now it's not all bad iv spoken to some nice ppl and have had all the issues fixed for the most part, but should you need to spend time chasing ppl and talking to customer service because the person who is managing your project is not doing his or her job??? Now this review may change depending on how the kitchen goes in but we have already had an issue with the flooring not being down as they want this done before the kitchen goes in and I'm not putting very expensive flooring under kitchen units, that's just dum. So it's £350+vat for them to come back after and install end panels after the flooring is down, even though I've said I'd supply a peace of flooring so they can adjust the end panels accordingly. 31st August the kitchen is In most of the issues were sorted by the fitter including raising the kitchen the required amount for the flooring, but he also had to fix numerous mistakes made by the designer, making his job take longer than it should have. They also only told him the worktop was wood two days befor our job, this ment he had to come back two extra days. We have so many snags it a joke honestly at this point I just want it done with. We asked for a 40mm worktop and we paid for a 40mm worktop, we got a 35mm worktop lol you can't make it up it's ludacris. The designer did not update the unit sizes to fit in the dimensions given to him by the chap who did the servay and we had an overlap of 70mm over the back door so the fitter had to remove a large curved end panel then the rounded unit at the end didn't go back all the way to the wall like we wanted which ment a void of 300mm that was going to be just covered over by an end panel lol. I will update this with the outcomes.

They never respond to email queries, they do not contact me while I am in booking for them.

Mistakes with holiday and pay are made frequently but when you finally speak to them there is no apology you are just faced with a rude tone and an unhelpful attitude.

I think the management need to take a serious look at who they have working on their temporary desk.

I would recommend registering with another local recruitment agency in croydon.

Google Bad Review:  As of yet we have not had the kitchen, on what we have experienced so far I would not use this company. It's as if they think ppl are dum and don't care how much things cost. We are not all wealthy, some ppl save for what they want. So when we checked prices of the fridge freezer and Ovan and found we could get them for a whopping £475 reduced price at Curry well I was not happy as we were told there prices were comparable. We have also been met with a Account manager/designer who in opinion is nefarious or just incompetent at best. Now it's not all bad iv spoken to some nice ppl and have had all the issues fixed for the most part, but should you need to spend time chasing ppl and talking to customer service because the person who is managing your project is not doing his or her job??? Now this review may change depending on how the kitchen goes in but we have already had an issue with the flooring not being down as they want this done before the kitchen goes in and I'm not putting very expensive flooring under kitchen units, that's just dum. So it's £350+vat for them to come back after and install end panels after the flooring is down, even though I've said I'd supply a peace of flooring so they can adjust the end panels accordingly. 31st August the kitchen is In most of the issues were sorted by the fitter including raising the kitchen the required amount for the flooring, but he also had to fix numerous mistakes made by the designer, making his job take longer than it should have. They also only told him the worktop was wood two days befor our job, this ment he had to come back two extra days. We have so many snags it a joke honestly at this point I just want it done with. We asked for a 40mm worktop and we paid for a 40mm worktop, we got a 35mm worktop lol you can't make it up it's ludacris. The designer did not update the unit sizes to fit in the dimensions given to him by the chap who did the servay and we had an overlap of 70mm over the back door so the fitter had to remove a large curved end panel then the rounded unit at the end didn't go back all the way to the wall like we wanted which ment a void of 300mm that was going to be just covered over by an end panel lol. I will update this with the outcomes.
