Google Bad Review: Really unhappy with this service. Had booked for a 3am taxi so we could make our train to the airport. At 3.01 I called up to ask where our taxi was, and was informed it hadn't even been dispatched yet and would be another 10-15mins. It would have been helpful to know this as I would have made alternative arrangements, so would suggest better communication for any future bookings. Thanks
