Google Bad Review: Pathetic organisation, i have tried to apply for a building notice online, 10 times on different devices and it freezes at a certain point and won t proceed to next page. Also their fee chart does not cover all applications. So then try and call nearly a hundred times now and same result every time, a answerphone message telling me they are operating as normal but please don t leave a message then it cuts you off. Emails do not get answered. Would love to know who else is having this experience. So the result is all work now complete with no application possessed 6 months down the line. Its worth noting that other councils that i have dealt with in the same period have been no problem and provide a decent and clear application process. So as of now i have progressed much teaching my dog to speak fluent German.
