Google Bad Review 1:  Shocking experience so far today 14.01.2022, having brought our car for its service yesterday! Appalling customer service experience at Harwoods, Coulsdon, Surrey…no call backs when promised, when trying to call service department put on hold numerous times, being hung up on, incompetent service advisors obviously lacking in dealing with unhappy customers. Seems a rudderless service department now however previous service manager Jamie Judd was definitely far more aware of his team and what was acceptable customer service! Still awaiting a call back from Service Manager (5.45pm) to discuss when our car will be ready and as to what’s occurred to have caused my partner and I such upset today! All we asked for is to be kept up to date on progress of car and the agreed repairs completed.This is obviously too much to ask. We have currently had to hire a car in order to get around which is due back to rental company tomorrow 15.01.2022….but seems we need to extend until at least Monday 17.01.2022

Google Bad Review (2):  Very slack in dealing with customers, got handed from one to another it appears that they are over staffed as the one person seems to be dealing with everyone.
Another customer had his vehicle in for work.
That was not completed leaving him with another booking to get job satisfaction.
Another who's vehicle had been worked on expected a valet on his vehicle but it wasn't done all in all four customers left slightly disgruntled.
My personal issue was the cost of parts required a tow bar and a parcel shelf cover totaled clos to a grand a 5th of the value of the car.
