Google Bad Review 1:  DON'T GO HERE- THEY BROKE MY IPHONE.
This is my first ever review but this is an appalling phone repair shop. I asked them to replace my cracked screen. On the day I picked it up, the charger point stopped working. I returned it. Next time I picked it up, the touch screen only worked intermittently and the screen came off on the corner. I asked for a refund of £69.99- this is the cost of the screen repair service, I didn't ask them to replace the phone or try and repair it. They refused and stated it was my fault. My iphone was working perfectly fine even with a cracked screen, everything worked. They have a random man who repairs the phones in the basement where they sell fancy dress, I should have known better. I now have to buy a new phone as mine no longer works properly. A real shame as I like to support my local shops and I thought they were nice guys. I'm a new mum without a lot of spare money and they're only interested in ripping people off. Please don't be fooled as I was. Go to a proper phone repair shop.

Google Bad Review (2):  I bought a canister of helium for £45. When I went to use this canister the noozle popped off and the helium quickly escaped the canister meaning I wasn’t about to inflate a single balloon.

I attempted to take the canister back to the store no more than 2 hours later to be told I wouldn’t be allowed a refund but I could exchange it. I explained that the event I needed the canister fornwas now over as I went to a different shop and bought a functioning canister. They still refused refund as its ‘managnement policy’ but gave me ‘managments’ email. So I emailed.

When I explained this to Party Tec and asked simply for my money back they refused. They magically confirmed the canister wasn’t faulty even though they hadn’t seen the canister and didn’t even know the receipt number of the canister.

After exchanging 1 email they have subsequently refused to responded to my additional emails.
