Google Bad Review 1:  Pretentious people and attitude…. seriously not sure who reviewed these people ..I found the whole experience quite off putting. I asked the pharmacist for something he begrudgingly points and days pay over there…the lady behind the counter was so non customer service…this is still baker Street folks not Saudi ! As in you are serving regular folks….oh that was the issue….I am regular people not royalty

Google Bad Review (2):  I never write reviews but I feel that the tall lady at the counter really needs one. I really hope the Management of the pharmacy asks this lady to improve the way she treats customers. She clearly needs some sort of customer service training.

I'm a regular to the pharmacy and, to give an example, after I had paid and was packing my items, she asked a very personal irrelevant question that was none of her business. When she saw that I ignored her and switched topics, she asked again! Very nosy and terribly unprofessional. The way she's willing to speak to customers shows lack of empathy and emotional intelligence. She has no idea about what other people might've gone through, so really shouldn't be arrogantly telling strangers what to do. Who does she think she is?

On another occasion she also treated me badly. She was rushing me around the store, telling me prices for things I wasn't even interested on. Then, she was very unhelpful when I asked questions about their products, which she should really know. She's so weird and unprofessional… makes me not want to go back. With the many options in the area I will start going somewhere else.
