Google Bad Review 1:  A terrible firm of solicitors. We've had two experiences with them recently that have left a bad taste.

Firstly, we used them to extend the lease on a share of freehold flat. When we hadn't heard anything after 6 weeks, we got in touch only to be advised that they had forgotten about it!

Secondly, they were the solicitors employed by the buyer when selling our flat. They forced us to pay for an unnecessary insurance indemnity, despite having been advised by our solicitor and the estate agent that it was unnecessary – and it was in fact an invalidated policy as the terms of it weren't met. Every time we got to the point of exchange they would then add another item they wanted us to pay for. In the end we had to say enough is enough and we'll pull out of the sale. Funnily enough they then decided that things were ok as they were.

Unhelpful, unprofessional and frankly quite arrogant. I would emplore anyone to stay as far away from them as possible.

Google Bad Review (2):  There are obviously many good reviews and for a very simple transaction which only needs a paralegal they might be OK, but we have been trying to buy a freehold house since where Esther Hudson is acting for the seller (the easier side of the transaction). The deal was agreed at the end of January 2021 and our solicitor sent enquiries to Ms Hudson on 4th February 2021. After nearly 4 MONTHS Ms Hudson is still not able to provide the necessary documents to exchange. I have already written to Beverley Morris and her other partners but none of them have had the decency to reply…..so come on Beverley, let's see you reply in a more public forum. Tell the truth and shame the devil!

Google Bad Review 1:  SHAME ON THIS FIRM! THEY ARE LIKE A BUNCH OF CON ARTISTS!
I instructed this firm to carry out property conveyancing services, they took a deposit from me immediately after I sent my service request explaining all the details, then after ignoring my phone calls and emails for 2 weeks, they replied to me and said they aren’t able to finish the conveyancing and they will refund the money to me. I got no proper apology at all!
After over a year, I still haven’t gotten a refund or compensation for the time I lost with these clowns, plus the fact that I had to find another solicitor at short notice, so they charged me more money for the overtime required. I also had to pay huge penalties for the delay in completing the transaction.
It was a terrible experience, no customer service, no refund or compensation given.
SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY, DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!

Google Bad Review 1:  One of the most expensive companies ever! AVOID at all costs. It is important to get good service when paying premium prices. This company neither gave good service or good price. We were over charged every step of the way and their due diligence was terrible. What ever you do go find a decent solicitor elsewhere that does not tear you a new backside without even smiling at you when they do it.

Google Bad Review (2):  Not courteous enough to call back at all, even though they say they will. Even one of the partner's secrataries failed to return a promised call for an appointment I'd been asked to make despite me ringing twice. I've just wasted a whole week on them and am no further forward. The bottom line is they just don't care for private individuals and it really shows. I'll be going elsewhere and thinking I dodged a bullet.

Extremely disappointed. I am a first time buyer and chose Muve for my conveyancing based on the positive reviews I read online. After 3 months of numerous calls/emails asking for updates and support, I almost lost my deal due to the completely unprofessional handling of my case and lack of any progress. I filed an online complaint which also hasn't been addressed and the company is not even offering a full refund of the deposit despite the laughable “services”.

Google Bad Review 1:  Very poor communication, they don't get back to you. You will always have to chase. Mostly getting no answer or reply from messages. Unless u call main office then you may get a call back but nothing is certain. Unprofessional and they don't care about you as their clients. No duty of care. If you are looking for unreliable solicitor this is the place for you. I'm sure there not all like that but I clearly get short stick. My life life has been on standstill and I have no confidence in my solicitor.
