Google Bad Review: Incompetent and unreliable, our assigned carer has repeatedly proved to be unable to follow even the simplest care plan instructions or use any initiative, and even put the cared-for person in danger on occasion. The stand-ins have been hardly any better. Management seem also unable or unwilling to hear and resolve complaints. It's beyond me how these people are even allowed to bid for council contracts let alone win them.
