Google Bad Review: I have now had this computer for nine months but it has been returned at least five times. Spent a lot of time fixing it at home also. First faulty hard drive, when I got it back all inside tech did was piggy back another hard drive on without removing the broken one. Had to send it back again to be repaired correctly. Then the next problem was losing picture, after at least three returns it was discovered that tightening the screws that hold cover on was straining parts on motherboard, their solution leave screws slack. Finally when the computer started to work correctly the Bluetooth could not transmit with cover on, their solution buy a dongle even though I had paid for internal Bluetooth it was impossible to get but they were supposed to have tested all this. Next time it breaks down it will be in bucket and I had less bother from a Tiny Computer. Needless to say I won’t be be dealing or recommending to anyone.
In reply to your response, you told me to open the case on numerous occasions without advising that the screws could be over tightened, it came from you with screws untouched by mewith the same fault So don’t try and cover up your negligence in this. Also I see you haven’t denied the parts about hard drive and Bluetooth.
