Google Bad Review 1:  We dropped off our daughter’s laptop at Intellot, in East Finchley, which she uses for schooling. This repair was to replace the screen for a new one, we were promised it would cost £140 and would be given back in two days. Prior to dropping off the computer we communicated by telephone, the lady on the phone was incredibly rude and arrogant, we should have realised our error in selecting this repair shop at this stage, but we did not. After two days we called the shop and was told, the computer was not repaired like promised and was met by a plethora of excuses. Four days after we first dropped of the laptop, it was finally ready to pick up, on this occasion they said it was however, their card machine was broken, and requested we pay in cash. We advised that our business couldn’t pay in cash so they said pay by bank transfer, we said that is fine. When we arrived at the shop, we told them that we had registered them as a new payee on the account however, it would take 24hours for the payment to occur. Then this distrustful, disrespectful and rude lady took away the laptop from the counter and refused to return the laptop, asking us to pay in cash. We then again refused to pay in cash and then surprisingly she informed us that at that minute the card machine started working which allowed us to make the payment. We questioned her why the machine started working all of sudden and the reason why she insisted us paying cash. During this obe hour or so of unnecessary discussion She phoned the police on three occasions making out she was being bullied but in reality it was her who was antagonising the situation, and kept us in the shop by refusing to return our computer. The police arrived and she was spoken to in no uncertain terms for wasting their time. Please be advised to NOT use this shop for repairs as it will not only cost you more money but it will also result in a very stressful period. During reflection it became apparent That the sole intent of this female vagabond was to get us to pay in cash so they would not have to pay tax and VAT to the our government. This untoward scheme is spiteful and highlights the intention of this business leeching money off hard working individuals like ourselves. We as a company carry out business with mutual trust and cooperation which is clearly not what we gained front is shop.
In summary we would advise that the service is poor the attitude towards their customers is disrespectful and unprofessional. DO NOT USE Them, unless you want a similar experience. If anyone from HMRC is reading this, looking further into their business ethics would surely reap rewards.

Google Bad Review (2):  Went twice this week, for the first time. Both ladies who served me were abrupt, no customers service skills. It appeared like they were giving me a favour by serving me. I will definitely try and go elsewhere next time I need this type of service.
