Google Bad Review 1:  I never had a problem with the purchase until recently. After I bought this for my husband in December 2015 for a christmas present he was really pleased with it. After going away for a month and coming back in February there wasn't a problem. A few days ago though I tried to put a cd into the mac but it wouldn't accept it. I thought nothing of it, pressed the eject button but it said there were no hard drives. Now we are thinking there is a CD stuck in the system. I called the owner not Alex(who sold me the computer and was lovely to deal with). The owner said he had found it hard to believe after 3 months there is a problem and we have just noticed it. This was very offensive as he was suggesting we had caused the problem ourselves. We had no need to use the cd prior to this and are honest people. He went on to say it is not covered under their warranty. I dont question that it is, but this was sold under the pretence that everything is in perfect working order and obviously it isnt!!! Yes Alex was good with assuring me that everything worked and went through all the software that was on there….but he obviously was not thorough enough as he didn't pick out this problem. Having spoken to the owner….i am not impressed and he was very rude insinuating that we had caused this problem ourselves when my husband has barely used the computer let alone the cd device. Needless to say i wouldnt recommend this company to any one. They have bad customer service and are not helpful when it comes to problems that may arise – they just want to shift the blame and that is not how a reputable company behave!!!!
I asked him to get Alex to call me back – but i doubt this will happen now. I would expect a company to do their due diligence but apparently that is too much to ask for nowadays. AVOID AVOID AVOIDDDDD!!
