Google Bad Review: Husband purchased confirmation statement and a full secretarial service. Service was extremely shoddy- they missed deadlines and asked for various unnecessary documents required to complete the task. We were then able to do it ourselves when a friend kindly walked us through it. He's been on the phone with them on most of his day off with different associates providing him with conflicting information on what was required of him and the state of the task assigned to them.
We would like the company to clarify what has gone on, because writing such noisy, loud reviews (which we never do) might get their attention.
Will never be using them again.
ETA: We have had an email off the Service Improvement Manager who has kindly provided us with a list of documents that are required after referring with his colleague. We appreciate the concise summary now, but this could have been upfront and clearly communicated from Day 1. The file for me service was purchased on 11th July and it has gone around in circles till now. This is for a company that has been lying dormant since its inception and has not traded a single pound.
We appreciate you take reviews seriously, but he is clearly stressed and exhausted after being on the phone for hours, trying to understand what you needed and pulling things together with no clear end in sight and for a service that has costed him £100+.
