Google Bad Review 1: My mental health is really suffering at present. I called early in this morning having been waiting in the queue for 35 minutes to be told there are no appointments left for today. I than asked if I could make an appointment for another day and the receptionist said no, you must call in the morning. What happens if I call in the mornings and can never get an appointment, what happens then? This is causing me more anxiety!!!

Google Bad Review (2): Wouldn’t even give it one star I’m fuming been waiting here since 11.25am until 2.05pm for the implant just for them to call me in the room after waiting a couple of hours telling me I can’t have it!!! Day wasted absolutely whack they are!!!
