Google Bad Review 1: Please avoid this company at all costs.
I was recommended Twinkle Clean/London Cleaning System E4 by someone who had used their services in the past. I wish I had done further research on the company online before booking them.
Twinkle Clean Limited dissolved on 11 January 2022 and is now operated by London Cleaning System E4.
1. They are not specialist tenancy cleaners, you could do a better job yourself
2. They will make you think they have done an amazing job by spending at least 4 hours at your property but when you return you will not have clean windows, the top of door frames won't be dusted, cobwebs not cleared, carpet not fully hoovered, floors not cleaned properly, light fittings/lampshades still dusty, skirting boards still dusty, etc..
3. The cleaning products they use will damage your property and your landlord will then recoup this from your deposit. Even if you take before and after photos yourself they will say the damage was already there.
4. If you complain about the lack of cleanliness before the company leaves BEWARE as the ‘manager' will become aggressive and abusive.
5. Your landlord will not return your full deposit back if you rely on their services
100% unreliable, unprofessional and would never recommend.

Google Bad Review (2): Took them to small claims court to resolve our issues and they settled.
Used for an end of tenancy clean, and they caused us all manner of issues. Not to mention they tried every trick in the book to cover their tracks / get away with it. Would highly suggest you keep them on a short leash if you do use. Someone called Ivan who was about as unprofessional as anyone i've ever dealt with in any capacity
