Google Bad Review (2):  The scam typically starts with the deposit fee. After you pay it they send you a different contract than the one initially agreed, raising rent price, fees etc. After you find out about the scam they become threatening/harassing you and of course you lose the deposit fee. However, if you decide to continue collaborating with them be prepared to lose more money, a typical fee lost is the tenancy deposit when you move out. Finally, pay attention to the “damages” clause of your contract and who's responsible for paying (you might end up paying for things that the landlord is responsible to cover). Just look at the way they reply to the one star reviews and you will understand.
Their previous Google account was “SN Estates Property Services Limited” but they deleted it after it got so many bad reviews. As another review correctly stated, the positive reviews here are also a scam.

Google Bad Review 1:  I had a great intitial impression of Open Homes. My boyfriend and I were looking for a place in Colindale, and the staff was very friendly and willing to help. They came across a property that we were very interested in, but they were trying to figure out finances and such (because I'm a student, and an American one at that, it is really hard to demonstrate a UK guarantor). The staff seemed really eager to help us out, but days had gone by with no updates. Not once did I hear from them, even when I called multiple times and visited yet another time in person. They always promised to call me back, and that never happened. Because of this, we had to move on and scout for other properties, and to my disappointment I receive a call 2 weeks after our initial visit to ask if we were still looking! It seemed like they totally forgot who I was and everything had fallen through the cracks. I'm severely disappointed with Open Homes. I really don't know what happened.

Google Bad Review (2):  Didn't really had good experience with them, very unreliable and inefficient, i had to keep chasing them up about my deposit which they owe me for few months and after the tenant moved out my apartment had a brand new unused washing machine stolen with no sign of breaking or force entry, i immediately took back my keys and used another letting agency round the corner (Lock8 Estate) which they are fantastic.

Google Bad Review 1:  We had the misfortune of renting a flat managed by these guys. The least responsive, most disorganised agency team I ever dealt with. Every single request was a mission as it had to be chased infinite times (only phone as emails received no response), and to finish it all off they completely forgot to book checkout for the agreed move out day before charging us for another professional clean. That's until we complained and they eventually changed their mind. Staff are generally polite when we do get through to them, but that's the only positive.

they cheated me, renting me a house full of mice. they knew everything and when we found out they asked us to place two traps and in case there were mice they would have done the disinfestation.
we only got two traps at their expense, then they disappeared. they don't let us leave home even with a month's notice. WE ARE TRAPPED IN THE HOUSE WITH MICE WALKING IN THE BED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wish them hundred mice in their houses!!!!!!!!!!!!
