I went to this cafe today with my colleague, we sat inside and I ordered pasta to eat in, they brought it to me very quickly and it was cold/very slightly warm. The waiter or may have been the owner didn't like it when I told him that it was cold. I asked him to reheat it, he brought it back again within a minute still cold. The service was very bad, even though they were extremely quiet. Later that afternoon, I got a very bad stomach ache. Please avoid this place! Awful food and awful service!

Google Bad Review 1:  Woeful place. May have been bad timing but the guy serving us seemed like he wanted to be anywhere else with anyone else. Rude amd dismissive with us and told the till to “f*** off” when the receipt wouldn't play ball. Burnt my sandwich, which was the only one. Missed elements of people's breakfast, then served them 15 minutes later. Food was all microwaved and served one at a time, which meant a table of 6 for breakfast was like pulling teeth. Should have bin dipped instead!

Google Bad Review (2):  Possibly the most stupid barista i have ever seen. This equals cafe nero's Fawlty Towers. Not only did she not seem to know which order was for which customer, she blamed the coffee cup for the poor cup of coffee…
It is the cup's fault she told me…Besides her command of the English language was appalling. I leave exasperated and frankly feeling like skipping any further visits to cafe nero.

Google Bad Review 1:  Went there for a simple Tomato and Croissant and being a vegetarian the lady used the same knife. This clearly shows the lack of training the staff has. I saw the lady putting the green knife ( which are used for vegetable Panini's and toasties) aside. There is no attention to detail at all and I had to wait a good 5 minutes, clearly not impressed. The lady seemed like she didn't want to work, rather go costa next time, it's far but atleast they have the decency to use another knife.
