Google Bad Review: I have tried them before they were great but today I had a really bad experience. I booked a car online 2 days ago as I am travelling to Heathrow Airport to get my family, when I arrived i was told they have no cars available except small cars, when I asked why you didn't update your online system , the answer was sarcastic (it is only our online)
And when asked to get an email explaining what happened as I want to raise a complaint, again with the same attitude, (we will send you an email)
I have rented many cars in different places never saw this attitude before in my life.
For sure I will never deal with this company again.
Updates to the interesting experience with them, by chance I noticed they actually charged full amount of the rental on my card, when I called the branch I was told refund can take up to a month and they may charge admin fees !!
I have never seen this before anywhere in the world
