Google Bad Review 1:  Sadly, im very disappointed with the customer service at Urban Rider, as their selection of gear is very good. I ordered a pair of goggles online, but unfortunately I managed to schratch up the detachable sun visor. Asked Urban Rider if they could source a space, but was told to go to the manufacturer. I did, but they could not help as they only deal with registered dealers. Went back to Urban Rider and asked politely if they could please make an inquiry to the supplier, but they wont and now they dont even care to respond. Its a shame as I planned to pull the trigger on more gear this season.

Google Bad Review (2):  Horrendous store, I haven’t shopped at an Asda store in around 5 years and after this weekend I remembered why, Saturday morning my family and I were on our way out for the day, we needed a couple of essentials so I popped in to Asda whilst my family waited in the car, I quickly grabbed some wet wipes and some yoghurts for my daughter, after purchasing these items at the self service till I then remembered that I needed to withdraw some cash so I went to use the cash machine, upon leaving I was pounced upon by the rudest female security guard, apparently exiting the store from the side of where the kiosk, cash machine and toilets are located is suspicious behaviour so requested to check my bags and ask for proof of purchase, i regularly use many different supermarkets and have never in my life received this kind of service, it was an utterly disgusting feeling to think that somebody would at look me and would assume that i was a thief and left me in a fowl mood for the rest of the day, the security guard would not even apologise even after I showed her my receipt, i tried to wait around to speak to a manager to complain about my experience but I was just told that they were all too busy to deal with the matter, if this how Asda treat their customers I have no intention of ever returning.

Google Bad Review 1:  Worst customer service ever received from an Argos store by the Manager her self. Their system was down and unable to give me my eBay order. I understood the system was down and at first calmly asked if with my code could a member of staff please try and look as we all know things are put with in order I was then sarcastically told no and would I like to go look my self whilst leaning and smirking. Absolutely shocking response and behaviour from a Manager. The store was extremely quite with staff standing around and no effort was made to help me further considering I had confirmation and code by email. For me it was no longer so much the fact my parcel could not be retrieved due to system failure but more so how the situation was handled. It then lead to me raising my voice as it was appalling to see a Manager behave in such a way. Definitely more training in customer service and how to handle difficult situations when a customer is unhappy. Overall I will not use the store going forward.

Google Bad Review 1:  Power hungry, unprofessional and rude manager who called the police on me for “raising my voice” when I was simply speaking in my normal tone. The police rejected her forwards as she said there wasn’t any CCTV evidence which is clearly untrue, she just knew there was no evidence of me being abrupt and loud. All this for simply asking her why my return isn’t being accepted. Apparently the item was “not in resaleable condition” – I repackaged the item as neatly and tidily as possible, which was unused and in perfectly new condition. In fact, I went to the branch in Lakeside and the item was returned without any issues. I even spoke to the manager at lakeside and she apologised on the behalf of Argos for my terrible experience at Dagenham. She even recommended to forward a letter of complaint, as she has had several complaints regarding the management at Dagenham.

I will be posting a letter to the Argos head office about this manager and will require action as soon as possible. Going through the reviews I can see this isn’t an isolated circumstance regarding returns.

The workers are lazy and simply cannot be bothered to process something that isn’t a sale. I have worked in retail managing regions before and this is the worst experience I have ever suffered.

Shame on you Argos for employing such a pathetic excuse of a manger.
