Google Bad Review (2):  They are friendly but I'm mortified that two pairs of brand new trousers from Hawes and Curtis were taken up and then pressed on too high heat and now show the imprint of their work in a glossy singe ring (and very obvious singed side seams) all around the ankle areas on both pairs. IMHO such a rooky mistake should NOT have been made. They are ruined (the now aesthetics makes them look like very old/worn trousers!). I am disappointed. I won't be going back and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Google Bad Review 1:  Most frustrating experience with this completely unprofessional business. I spent over 1000 pounds having 7 dresses made. Working with Noemi who is great at smiling and saying “sorry” but little else, we agreed to different dates the clothing would be ready. Over and over, Noemi would promise dresses would be ready and what would be done, I'd travel to pick them up and they weren't ready or the stitching was sloppy and unfinished. I asked repeatedly for the original dress I brought in to be returned. After the third time I was lied to about the finish date, I was encroaching on the day I would go abroad. I told them from the outset that I was leaving the country and needed the dresses by a certain date. Noemi told me she'd have it mailed to me by Monday and would send the tracking number. I contacted her Monday afternoon when I hadn't received either the dresses or the tracking number and she apologized saying how busy they were and people there were doing a lot of work. Not my problem. They never should have accepted my money and the time frame to do it if they couldn't deliver (and deliver quality that didn't have sloppy stitching). I finally demanded that they'd be ready or I would bring legal action (goods not received for money paid) against them and told them I would be standing in their lobby to get everything the next day.

This finally worked but what an incredibly unpleasant and disappointing experience. I would never trust them with anything again and would caution anyone else from doing so.

I followed her advice as she is a dress maker but i wish i hadn't… If the alteration on length was fine, the work on the shoulders was done in such a simplistic way, it ended up creating a bulk and damaging the overall look of the dress. Only go there for very basic work, nothing too refined and do not let yourself getting tricked into accepting further alterations that you do not think an item needs

Asked me to return – when I did had me waiting more time as they simply had not finished. If you could have communicated that from the start of the day, we could have arranged to come later rather than have you waste my day waiting around especially given fact that you’d have my clothing for nearly 3 months.

End of the day item did not fit me properly but no time to keep coming back. Had it resized again locally.

Sorry but I cannot recommend this boutique.

To the owner: please do not try to say the review is ‘fake’ just because you couldn’t find me in your records – perhaps there is a reason for that!

Very strong attitude from every women working in this place. Saw assistants arguing with each other, with one of them refusing to assist. Wouldn't advise to anyone going there. Tailoring is service orientated, if you don't like to deal with clients, then choose another job. Awful, first time and last time.

I emailed Satish with photos of my wedding dress and asked for a quote. I then asked to schedule an appointment three weeks in advance. We agreed upon a day and I proposed a specific time, to which she said she would get back to me on the exact time. A week before the appointment, I reached out to settle a time and she gave me the runaround saying she was no longer available and showed no consideration for the fact that it was her who was at fault for not having gotten back to me on a time. I tried to work something else out but received less than polite emails from her. There was no consideration for the fact that the fault wasn’t mine, nor for the fact that it was her who proposed meeting around this date so as to perfectly time the dress being ready for my wedding. No apology, compromise, nothing.

I decided to visit another alteration place in Mayfair and was quoted £125 total. Satish quoted me £300 + £70 per call out. This means I would have paid nearly £500 for something that actually requires very little work!!! Had I not known any better I would have used Satish’s services, so I felt compelled to write this review.

Google Bad Review (2):  I was very unhappy with both the quality of work and service. The prices I thought were very high too but that was nothing compared to the state my dress was left in. After serveral visits I literally gave up. I paid her fee to bring matters to a close but I lost thousands of pounds when you add the the cost of the dress and the alterations I had to pay for. In the end I bought a new dress from a bridal shop and they agreed to do the alterations free of charge. I would recommend you go elsewhere.
