Google Bad Review (2):  I never write reviews but I feel that the tall lady at the counter really needs one. I really hope the Management of the pharmacy asks this lady to improve the way she treats customers. She clearly needs some sort of customer service training.

I'm a regular to the pharmacy and, to give an example, after I had paid and was packing my items, she asked a very personal irrelevant question that was none of her business. When she saw that I ignored her and switched topics, she asked again! Very nosy and terribly unprofessional. The way she's willing to speak to customers shows lack of empathy and emotional intelligence. She has no idea about what other people might've gone through, so really shouldn't be arrogantly telling strangers what to do. Who does she think she is?

On another occasion she also treated me badly. She was rushing me around the store, telling me prices for things I wasn't even interested on. Then, she was very unhelpful when I asked questions about their products, which she should really know. She's so weird and unprofessional… makes me not want to go back. With the many options in the area I will start going somewhere else.

Google Bad Review 1:  I have been a client of the clinic, both as a dental patient and as a patient of the optician service, for more than 4 years – but will not be going back in either capacity. The last – expensive – pair of glasses which I bought have broken 5 times within the space of 15 months. I was re-assured on the third occasion that the design fault had been identified and that the manufacturer had resolved the issue. Obviously not. On returning for the 6th time to the clinic, I was assured a completely new pair of glasses – but was left for 3 weeks without a phone call or an email to let me k ow what was happening. I had to turn up personally at the clinic to find out, to be presented with a few alternatives of much cheaper glasses which had been chosen as am alternative so that I could benefit from the same lenses – when the original conversation had involved assurances that a completely new pair of glasses would be forthcoming (including lenses) as compensation for all the trouble. Frankly, customer service is non-existent. This clinic has some excellent professionals, but some appalling front of clinic staff who think that they are better than the patients/customers who pay their salary – so good luck to them all, but I won't be spending any more of my own money to keep them gainfully employed.

I had an appointment booked for my 5 y old son, travelled an hour with him and a baby and upon arrival been told we will have to wait for 10 minutes….then 10 more….then 10 more.. When asked what was happening, because I didn't see anyone else came after us, the receptionist told me that the family of four is with the nurse (did they book one slot for 4 people?!)…I asked again if she could check with the nurse, and again got the answer 10 minutes…We waited for 10 more minutes and nothing happend ofcourse…50 minutes of waiting! Obviously, they weren't telling the truth since the beginning and left me and two small kids to wait for so long. Also, a few months ago I booked an appointment for myself (over the phone) and on the day when I came, they said they don't have me in the system but luckily the nurse was there so she could help me….I am not giving the third chance to this clinic!

Google Bad Review 1:  I went to City Skin Clinic for a filler appointment for eye circles and paid £330 for absolutely no result.. The “doctor” said I could only see a difference after the second treatment (meaning another £300). I'm 24 and the eye circle are not incredibly deep. I'm not sure what she injected in my face but it was definitely no professional filler. Also, she was not using the treatments herself which was not the best sign when you are not using your own services. In my opinion this place is just a waste of money and I would not recommend it at all.

Google Bad Review (2):  I went to the City Skin Clinic for tear trough fillers. The overall consultation was very good and the Doctor made sure that I understood the procedure well and answered all of my questions. The procedure wasn't painful at all and I was also given a complimentary facial peel. However, I did not see any results after having the fillers done. I visited the clinic again a month later and the Doctor also felt that there had not been any change. I was offered a follow up appointment for £300 (which is also stated on the website and so technically wasn't a discount). Although my experience at the clinic was great, I would like to remind future clients to manage your expectations as you may not get your desired results.

Google Bad Review 1:  Admitted for assesment on lanley ward I found the staff especially night staff judging and descriminatig and prejudice towards me. I found one female member of staff asleep on the patients sofas. the drinking water and hot water tap was broken in the patients kitchen. Kitchen very smelly
There was no freash juices in the morning at all no butter for toast in the morning and a horrible looking porradge left out in silver containers. The whole of the ward smells and is very unhygenic as you have patients that have not washed in over 3 weeks left to walk around and sit on the same chairs as you making my anxiety worse. no attempts to help or encourage the male into the shower.
I was shocked to see staff in the office eating macdonalds and KFC infront of patients every day.this dose not encourage patients to eat healthy. There was never any fruit or anything healthy to eat. Bacon in the morning for breakfast on a Sunday and pork againfor main meal not much choice of freash healthy meals for patients. Staff entering the kitchen to use patients cerials.
Staffs attitudes need to change before the patients will ever get any better on one occasion a male member of staff entered my room I am a female while I was asleep to bring me medication because i overslept i woke very anxious leaving me very angry and upset. I felt violated. That should not be allowed a female member of staff should enter if needed not a male in a female side of the ward. This left me feeling like I wasn't in controll of what I was taking as i was still very sleepy on medication from the night before this has left me feeling very anxious.

They got in touch with me asking me which days are convenient to me to book an appointment. Emailed them back, telling what days I prefer. Had a phone call telling me that only day they have available is Tuesday (when the doctor is not there and the treatment will be done from a nurse). Doesn't feel me with confidence but even so I took the opportunity. A day before my appointment had a voicemail telling me it has been cancelled (doubt it they just found out they won't be open). This was late July. Still no one contact me to rearrange my appointment. Clearly £250 and a potential new patient are not a good enough for them. Really professional, isn't it?

Google Bad Review (2):  The staff are great the administration is shocking. You have to stay on hold on the morning for 40 minutes to an hour to get an appointment despite calling at 8:30 on the dot when the line opens and by the time you get through there are no available appointments. Otherwise you can usually wait 3-4 weeks for an appointment. If you call between 12:00-14:00 the lines are not even answered as apparently this time is used for training although it seems more likely staff are on lunch.

I went in this morning to hand in a urine sample and 3 ladies at the reception didn't the procedures to accept a sample. No one seems to know what they are doing and not willing to help either. I had a work call to take and one of the ladies said I have to wait till the other lady returns, after explaining the situation she decided to go and get her after 10 minutes of waiting. The whole process of taking in a urine sample took more than 40 minutes. I would ask the practice manager to invest in your staff, training them in customer care or hire experienced staff who know their job well. I would look at other surgeries before joining this one. very poor standards.
