Google Bad Review 1:  These guys are absolutely useless would not recommend. They arranged a cleaner for one week she then deceided she didn't want to do the work. Even though I had met her prior and talked her through the house and what I needed. Didn't find a replacement, didn't communicate with me that it wasn't possible to find a replacement in my area on the day I wanted. Just kept telling me they were searching. So I cancelled my agreement and direct debit. The direct debit still went through (in fairness not sure who's fault that was, both sides cancelled it) but we are 10 days in and I still haven't got confirmation of when I will receive my £87 back. I have had to phone them everyday, I have been put on hold countless times for over 5 mins, last call I clocked up 14 mins hold time and though everyone is very polite and tells me they will call me back they don't. Spoke to the manager Emma yesterday who also promised to call me back by end of day yesterday hasn't as of yet. What a run around just want my money back as currently I have paid for a service that I haven't even had! Save yourself the hassle and use someone else. Believe me I don't ever post bad reviews I believe in giving people a chance to rectify mistakes but these guys are a joke!

Google Bad Review (2):  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I used them for a year, having a cleaner come once every week, but as soon as I had any issue with the cleaner (Her being caught arriving late, leaving early, and a poor quality clean and then at the end doing the worst end-of-lease clean I have ever seen) I sent the company photos of how poor the clean had been and they denied having any affiliation (despite me paying her cash and them a direct debit each month) saying they were unable to help in any way.
There was absolutely no apology whatsoever, just them distancing themselves from any blame and saying they couldn't help and I would have to take it up with the cleaner myself.
I have apparently been emailing one person, but after further investigation it appears that person doesn't actually exist and is just a way to fob you off.

Do not use this company. Trust me.
