Google Bad Review 1: I booked The Perfect Cleaning Company to complete a carpet clean plus a double oven, microwave, hob & extractor fan for my house in Swindon. Unfortunately I was unable to be at the property when the agent completed the job. When researching they stood out as they have a very professional looking website, very polite and helpful customer services along with advertising they belong to CHECKATRADE (All Checkatrade members are thoroughly vetted before they’re displayed on the website. They have to pass a significant verification process, which includes providing a minimum of five references and having their qualifications and public liability insurance examined) and they also say on their website that ovens will be cleaned to have them sparkling like new no matter how dirty they are!!!!The guy who turned up had come from Bournemouth…..almost 2 hours away. Admittedly the carpets were cleaned ok but then again they were not really dirty. So the problem starts here….After the agent had finished I spoke with him on the telephone…..he advised he had “forgotten” to clean the hob and extractor fan but pleaded with me not to report to his manager. At this point and before I had inspected the oven, I had some compassion and felt sorry for him so agreed it would go no further and I would clean myself. A week later I was able to return to the property and so inspected the ovens OMG I COULD HAVE WEPT!!!! I wish I could attach the images and you will understand my horror. It looked like it had barely been touched and the bottom scratched beyond belief. There was still grease on the racks, the seals were not cleaned and the sides and top still the same as before he started. I was so angry I immediately called the company. As advised earlier in my review the customer service team are lovely they managed to get hold of the manager Mike. I sent over the images to him. In my opinion although he apologised his reaction to the images was very blazé…..and after reading reviews I can tell why…..because its a regular occurrence!!!! I left it with him over the weekend and before his expected call on the Monday I made a few enquiries……THEY ARE NOT CHECKATRADE ACCREDITED AS THEY ADVERTISE ON THEIR WEBSITE…..THIS IS FALSE AND MISLEADING AND I HAVE REPORTED TO CHECKATRADE AND TRADING STANDARDS. I advised Mike I wanted a refund for the oven cleaning but he said they have 28 days to put it right…..Thank goodness I spoke with Trading Standards as there is consumer law that states yes they do have 28 days to put things right but as I did not want them back in my house and have lost faith and trust in the company they will have to refund. Mike only agreed to the refund after advising I had spoken to Trading Standards. I was told that a refund would be processed but a week later I had to chase as there was no credit but thank goodness it has now been received. Mike was very defensive and said they clean over 1000 properties a week and not everyone is going to be happy……NOT GOOD ENOUGH MIKE. Over 36% poor/bad reviews!!!!
I have since had the oven cleaned by a professional oven cleaner for half the price…..my oven is like new.

Google Bad Review (2): I would absolutely not recommend this company. Absolutely appalled with their service. I spent £420 for a thourough deep clean of a property and and I got less done than if I had got a cleaner from down the road for £50. DO NOT waste your money.
