Google Bad Review 1:  The service here was disgusting. Avoid at all costs, the food was bland and overpriced, £21 for a club sandwich?? We were scowled at by one of the waitresses and when we complained they replied “okay” and they had the cheek to put a service charge on! Please save your money and go somewhere better and friendlier, never felt more uncomfortable in my life.

Google Bad Review (2):  Bought 2 pastries, had a few bites but had to leave due to a patron beside smoking a big cigar and I preferred not to inhale second hand smoke . There was a long queue so I couldn’t change tables.

The plump male waiter (50 plus years old) was very rude and said “oh you had a bite already, WE CANT PACK IT AWAY FOR U!” I had no choice but to leave the pastries uneaten.

Been to many La Duree in Paris and Asia but this is the Worst service ever encountered .
