Google Bad Review 1:  READ THIS BEFORE VISITING HERE:

My personal experience (s)

It’s borderline just above average place to visit if you like soft manipulation of your body however the clinic failed to really give me what I wanted for my body personally and I’ll tell you why.

Now you can purchase these guys for as little as £29 on Groupon for 3 sessions which is phenomenal value for money. You won’t really get that price anywhere else. So I booked it through this and this is what I got:

First session introductory:
– Alot of analytical stuff thrown at me which was quite interesting and insightful. This is what I expected within the first session so no issues here. Would’ve been good to get relief on the first session as like a taste of what they can do but they failed to give me this option .

Second session: First manipulation.
All I can say is wow. And not in a good way either really. Got there on time for my appointment at 1:30pm to be waiting nearly 40 minutes just to be seen to. The receptionist (A really attractive and bubbly little brunette) gave me this video to watch which was very disappointing because this is the sort of thing that should be conducted on the first session. Just a lot of faffing about. I actually skipped alot of the video because it was telling me alot of things I already knew (I.E stress increases postural problems . ) That’s obvious. It’s a cunning ploy on their part because they ask you to fill out a questionnaire indicating where you want your health to be on a scale of 1-10. Everyone is obviously gonna wanna go for the 10 right? The higher range up to 10 is when they start chucking these ridiculous price plans at you such as the “gold” or “platinum”.

Now I work as an investment broker so I know how a company is trying to pitch to me to over sell me something. Like I say it’s very clever on their part.

Anyhow off the tangent here I went for the 6-8 which is “excellent” health and then after waiting around went into a room for a mere 10 minute session where more than half the time was spent just being pitched into zzzz. I just want to have the chiropractic physical session that I paid for which was only done for about a few minutes maximum.

Third session: Final one.
So my male chiropractor was away on holiday so I was given a female called Toni who was again a pleasure to meet with. She was inquisitive in her approach which was refreshing and was giving me more than what I was getting in the first two sessions. I explained that yes this is my final session so I want you to show me what you can really do. Even if it means giving me cracks and giving you that drunk feeling because the layers have just been obliterated that is what I want. She didn’t want to however so did give me a much stronger manipulation than my other chiropractor. Toni explains to me that the reason for not being full out on sessions is so they can “remove layers” of stress from your body over time whereas being full on might damage me even further. If they thought that then they really should have more confidence.

They try upselling you by telling to come more than twice a week. For the average hard working person like me trying to get my foot in the door of a new career as a 24 year old it’s just not realistic and catered more for the older less busy market.

Final thoughts:
So yes I am someone who is very sporty. Avid boxer and learning Muay Thai. I have let myself go in terms of my body health and shape through years of depression, alcoholism, sports injuries and family issues which is something that this clinic will play on if you confide this in them; trying to upsell you the more expensive packages. They booked me in without my knowledge for another session which is pay as you go for well over £50. I had to cancel today 06/09/18 because it doesn’t give me a wow factor that I am looking for.

On a more positive note the layout of the place is professional and quaint with the receptionists being very friendly.

Thank you to Toni for her time as well. She is great. Not disregarded but not one to remember.
