Google Bad Review (2): They screwed up and wasn't willing to resolve the issue after making a formal complaint. they responded by blocking my phone number after saying they were willing to discuss my complaint that was submitted in writing, Even when the practice manager wrote back she did not address my complaint in its entirety on purpose. They don't believe they should be held to account when there misconduct brings harm to a patient
so buyer beware if you are one of the unlucky few where they get it wrong, then don't expect them to actually to want to work with you resolve the underlying issue, they don't think they can be actually be faulted. they will go out of there way to dodge the problem,
I Would strongly recommend taking the legal route at this point as an impartial mediator will not take on these types of case's as iv found out and also been recommended to do.
