Google Bad Review 1: I called the store for a birthday cake. The staff were really unpleasant and very blunt not answering the questions I was asking. One minute it was yes the next it was no then it was yes again.
The staff confirmed they had the cake and that they was open till 9PM for me to come and collect I informed them I would be there at 8:45 When i got here at 8:43 the door was locked shut the employees were in the shop hiding from me
As I walked to the next shop down I saw two female employees run out and lock the door. I approached them about the cake and they denied working there. Not sure of the political reasons why they were trying to leave in a hurry and not be seen.
Being sat here at 8:59 I have seen three different customers facing the same issue having to walk away becuase the store is shut earlier then it's supposed to be.
I will be contacting the relevant people because this goes against the trading hours regulations .
