Google Bad Review:  Just been in there to buy my baby son some boots. If your desperate for shoes because you're going on holiday the next day like I am try not to go here. The staff here are absolutely rude. Actually, tell a lie. The lady that served me with glasses was okay. Not too over friendly but probably because she was trying to serve me something. On the over hand her fellow employee was so rude and couldn't even crack a smile to me, my 3 year old daughter and my 7month son. She acted like she was working in a well paid job in Canary wharf or something. If I wasn't eager to buy some boots I wouldnt of spent 50pounds in there but I just had to cos the boots were so cute. However, if you're reading this (owner) tell your staff to have more manners because people don't wanna be buying from rude unfriendly people.

I find it very interesting that you are asking me to rethink what I just wrote. I'm only telling the truth. From the moment I walked in I already felt like they were watching me like a hawk and following me like I was going to steal something. I also find it rude that you thought I was upset that the boots were on sale. In that statement in itself is very arrogant. Did I not end up buying the boots? The reason why I asked them if it was on sale, is because at the front of your shop it said “50percent off boots” so do I not have the right to ask? I think you need to rethink how you all come across to your customers. The majority of the reviews are that of “rude customer service” I think in order for you company to do better is work on that. Further more, you said you provide professional service unlike the busy retailers of the high street. I've had much better friendly experience at Sports Direct. I live off Munster Road and pass your shop all the time as my daughter goes to Madison nursery and Cupcake family. Needless to say I would not be recommending you at all.
And the rest of the bad reviews that you have bad service is from imagination of the other customers? Accept that this is the problem of your shop. I've been in there before and brought 70pounds boots for my daughter a couple years. Same problem. Rude and dishonest customer service. I've only left a few bad reviews and they were the honest trust. Deal with it. You guys are rude.
