Google Bad Review 1:  Google was the only place I could find where you can leave an honest review on Bart's and NHS as a whole. The nurses in my experience pre COVID and during covid are the worst. I honestly don't know why they get praised so much. They lack professionalism and the very basic patient care. They actively lie on reports or any incident reports. But they are able to get away with it because they have the backing of the government and we have created this false sense of guilt associated with saying anything negative against Bart's or NHS as a whole. My experience is based on a number of months pre COVID. I just feel sorry for anyone who had to go in during COVID. If you have suffered at the hands of BARTs or NHS, know that you are not alone. Hope that brings some comfort.

Google Bad Review 1:  So disappointed with their irresponsible attitude.

About 3~4weeks ago, I had surgery to get my chalazion removed at Clinica London. I had had it for almost one month and it was so hard that it didn’t seem to be gone anytime soon.

So I booked an appointment for the consultation and had surgery on the same day.
After the surgery, I thoroughly followed all the instruction I was given. I even checked the time when taking medication.
However, despite the surgery and treatment I did follow, I am still suffering from it. Actually it has never been gone!
I still have it in my lower eyelid.

I contacted Clinica London straightaway and explained about my situation.
However, they just kept saying I have to pay the follow-up consultation fee to see Miss Olver.

Cant believe their irresponsible attitude!
I literally wasted a whole month and my money.

Google Bad Review 1:  Arrived for procedure after consultation. Paid full payment to then be told 5 minutes later procedure wasn’t able to be done today but next week as I was late. Why not discuss this with me before hand and before I’ve paid so much money? – I spoke to the receptionist lady when I was enroute and she said me being late was fine. Staff didn’t communicate with each other or care about the situation. Said they could put money back onto my card (which would arrive back 5 days later).

Due to the way I was being treated by Dr Husain the main surgeon and the rest of the staff (who spoke in a different language to speak about me) I decided to record this whole incident for people to see which they didn’t like as there was aggression coming from them and they were doing everything wrong (especially Dr Husain) I was then attacked by the doctor which is now being taken further (All on video). Terrible experience!

Eventually the main manager had to come and he refunded me in cash which was only right. The video I have recorded is terrible and shows lack of professionalism.

UPDATE: The main manager got in contact with me to further discuss these events. He was extremely helpful, apologised and took full responsibility on behalf of his staff of what went wrong. He asked if I could come in or speak over the phone so that the actual staff who were working on the day of the incident could apologise to which I refused but was appreciative of. I was also offered compensation for this incident and promised that nothing like this would occur again under his management due to changes. Although what happened was not good I am thankful for this.

My daughter has been unwell for nearly one year and she was referred by her GP to the Children's Gastroenterology Department of Evelina Hospital run by consultants Dr. Mohamed Mutalib and Dr. Jochen Kammermeier.

Six weeks ago I received a letter from the Children's Gastroenterology Department stating that they had been unable to reach me to make an appointment and that my daughter would be discharged from the service in fourteen days if I did not contact them. I had specifically stated that they should contact my number and not my wife's number as she cannot answer the phone during the day. I never, ever, received a call from Evelina. I later removed my wife's number just in case they were trying to phone her, but I still never received a call. I spent the next four weeks phoning every few days to try to make an appointment. Each time I was informed by the receptionists that they could not get through to anyone in that department! The said they would send them a high-priority email. This happened a full 11 times over four weeks! I repeat, 11 TIMES IN FOUR WEEKS. It is all in their call records. Each time I had to wait approximately 30 minutes on the phone to get through. I have recordings of every conversation with all the receptionists and the receptionists have confirmed to me that they can see the call records. The receptionists constantly emailed the team, the lead practitioner and even the above two consultants. All the receptionists I spoke to were shocked at the level of service being provided by this department. I even emailed department myself.

I Never received a phone call or even a reply to my email. Today I received a text message from my daughter's GP stating that as my daughter had missed the appointment she had been discharged back to the GP. My daughter had never been given an appointment despite my best efforts to get her one so this is a blatant lie.

How can a supposedly top children's hospital in London be so badly run? It beggars belief! It is beyond incompetence and it is actually negligence and I will be perusing this with the governing body, NHS England. This makes a mockery of the NHS values.

Dr. Mohamed Mutalib and Dr. Jochen Kammermeier should hang their heads in shame at running such a sloppy and inefficient department and inflicting their incompetence on the children of London. Do the decent thing and move aside to let a more competent professional take over.

Google Bad Review (2):  My daughter diagnosis scoliosis in age 13 and she was going to this hospital since then but they are only taking x-ray and seeing doctor for show her spine curves how much getting bad or if getting better without getting any treatment. Every time we been to hospital same procedure fallowed, I was all the time asking questions for doctors what we can do or if she needs any treatment, physiotherapy or any exercise but they didn’t require anything not even referrals for physiotherapy. Now she is 20 years old and we are went to see this hospital for last week and for last time because she is over age now, they said her spine curve getting worse but not going to effect her life to much. I was asking him to please send her physiotherapy then he done referral just age 20. She is soo depressed and psychologically very bad she seen her self as a disabled person and never been normal as others people. I don’t know what to do.
