Google Bad Review 1:  If could put 0 or minus I would! Purchased a crib and a mattress from this store over a month ago. Crib was ready to be delivered but mattress was supposed to take 3 weeks to be “madeâ€? apparently. So arranged the delivery to come together. First of all they are working with the most stupid delivery company Black Panther they give you slots ON THE DAY of delivery literally couple of hours before they deliver! They tried to deliver to us 3 times AT THE SAME TIME between 12-2pm!! when all normal people are at work!!! They don’t leave it to neighbors, they don’t give you a chance to collect from the nearest store or any other option (like try different time maybe????) so I had to skip a day from work to wait for it! And they only brought a bed and have no idea about any mattress! We refused to take the bed and went to the store other day to find out what has happened to our mattress. Apparently the mattress we ordered is not available and nobody bothered to tell us about it!!! Had to cancel the order and go to Argos to get a crib and mattress because our baby is about to come at any time and we couldn’t wait any longer. But that wasn’t the end! We have complicated our lives by placing order on my partners name and paying with my card! Within another week their customer “careâ€? called to refund but I’ve stupidly missed the call, they left a voicemail to call them back but their number was going to answerphone saying that I will be contacted which has never happened! When I reached the customer service on a different number they say they cannot refund cos they need to speak to my partner first….. basically we need to be together to speak to their service…. what do you think you are traiding??? Gold???? it’s never ending story with this mamas and papas!!!! Gave me such a stress and disgust feeling that I don’t even wanna walk near their shops!

Google Bad Review (2):  We went today – Sunday to this store. It was almost empty, only one other couple was there but about 5 shop assistants. I was shocked how unfriendly staff has been. We visited Mothercare and other shops with baby stuff and never had this problem. The staff was chatting, gossiping and watching us from distance like we are some not worth it customers..We came to buy pushchair. Walking around for about 20 min, trying by ourselves one pushchairs without knowledge how it works..we could've damage the pushchair but even they seen us to struggle they didn't come to help us. This shop is a shame! Manager of this shop should wake up and employ new people!!!
