Google Bad Review 1:  JD sport's Bromley. Never again. Disgusting customer service. Went to the first floor to look at tracksuits. Found what we wanted but could not reach the item. Saw a male member of staff sitting on a foot stool at the balcony talking to a female member of staff on the ground floor and asked for help. He could barely drag himself off the stool to help and the look on his face was something else. He immediately sat back down on the stool after getting the item but unfortunately for us we needed his help again because we could not see the price on the item so he says he does not know the price and has not got a scanner so we would have to go downstairs to find out. SHOCKING! The female staff member at the entrance of the store was busy furiously texting on her phone, not a good first impression for customers entering the store in my opinion. At the checkout 2 female staff members and one of them chewing gum very energytically. Are these the people you want representing your company JD? I won't be spending my money at your store's again.

Google Bad Review 1:  Incredibly poor customer service. The staff have an air of false competence, when they are mostly absolutely clueless. We queried about one of their supposed “classic” belts, but the staff weren’t able to even identify what metal the buckle was made of, what part of the calf the leather trim came from and how the leather was treated. At one point, they even tried to claim it was gold, but when pushed they caved and said it was gold coloured “obviously”, and that you couldn’t get gold for such a (frankly overpriced) price.

To cover their incompetence, they mask it with an air or condescending tone. Very unfriendly to tourist – absolutely avoid this boutique!

We ultimately bought the product (since my partner had an eye on it for a while) but they’ve definitely left us with a sour taste. Spend your money online, don’t even bother engaging with these unqualified buffoons. Completely wrecked our purchasing experience and utterly unhelpful.

Also, very deceptive marketing on their end. Supposedly you have a “lifetime aftercare service”, but when we asked specifics – again, the draft mentioned that it was actually more like 2-3 years. When asked what exactly the timeframe for free aftercare service, same answer 2-3 years. It is either 2 or 3, not in between. The staff couldn’t even let us know what damages were covered (outside obvious ones like us cutting or tearing the belt completely).

Google Bad Review 1:  I used to go to h&m often and I was never disappointed. But yesterday I went there because I have received a present from a friend and I have to change something. When I arrived I went straight to the till to double check I could change the items, the girl checked the qr code and said to me that I could.
So I went for my shopping. When I arrived to the till I was waiting 20 minutes because only 1 till was open and she was having some issues with a refund. Finally another girl arrived. She took the items I wanted to change, my receipt and send back the money to my friend account without asking me.
I said again to her I wanted to change them, and she clearly said me with the new items in my hands!
I'm extremely disappointed! I waisted more then an hour in the shop and at the end I didn't change my items!!!! No one said sorry or offer me some help! Even the manager that was in the other till helping with the refund!
I definitely not coming back again in this shop!!!!
