Google Bad Review 1:  Absolutely terrible. Communication is extremely bad I am constantly sending messages and calling with no response. I can honestly say I am shocked with how bad the service is. She left my son to go nursery without any bag or nappies and on top of that left his coat there so he was outside in the cold. He was also left hungry and when asked she responded and said it’s because he wasn’t able to feed himself, baring in mind he is 2 years old. And that was his first day. I am constantly sending messages to her and calling but she never responds or calls back even though she has seen my messages and I have expressed my concerns. I honestly expected so much better, but I’m honestly really shocked and appalled at the service.
