Google Bad Review (2):  SPS team member with whom i worked seems reasonable but nanny quality is very very low. Not a professional nanny. only in the trial of few hours, she managed to create too much weirdness(don't have right words for it). Afterwards, she is sending me bad words/random messages without any clear context what exactly she wants. It has caused me unnecessary stress & tension.I will be def more careful in future. I also understand, it's difficult to control such suitations but def nannies needs be better vetted/mannered. whole simple process has been extremely painful experience.
