Google Bad Review 1:  We went to tour the nursery and were thoroughly unimpressed by the staff. We were less 5 minutes late because we had trouble finding it. We were then made to wait another 15 minutes before being assisted and this was only after asking how long the wait would be. The manager's response was that she was finishing her lunch! She was not eating when we arrived so she decided to start eating after we were already waiting! That is completely unprofessional.

When we were finally spoken to, the manager was both condescending and defensive. I don't know if that manager was unpleasant because she didn't like how we looked, didn't like our accents or was just having a bad day, but it seemed like she had a prejudice against us from the moment we arrived.

We toured 3 other nurseries and registered with one with a higher Ofsted rating. However, when reading that Busy Bees could accommodate shift workers, we decided to jump on the great opportunity. I can't say whether they do or not because the manager jumped down my throat when I said that I read that on their webpage. I ended the conversation shortly after as she made it clear that we were not welcome there.

Of all the nurseries we've visited, we haven't encountered any attitude like the manager's at Busy Bees. If this is how prospective parents/clients are treated then it doesn't bode well for those who actually sign up.

Lastly, we were allowed entry into the building without our identification being checked. That is not secure.

Google Bad Review (2):  Unfortunately not a good nursery for my 2 years old little one who I attended for 3 months and I noticed he was losing weight as he did not eat their food. I was told he couldn’t bring his own pack lunch which I found shocking! And nothing was put in place knowing he wasn’t eating at all 🙁
