Google Bad Review:  Horrible, Horrible Service! Do not ever order for delivery from this “restaurant'. Our family ordered a family Fare which is 10 pieces of chicken, 10 wings, fries and drink but what we got was 6 pieces of chicken and 6 pieces of wings with no drink. There was a price diffrence of a little more than 10 pounds between the two orders and the lady had the audacity to tell me to order chips if I want the rest of my food and drink sent to me. Not to mention that it was the wrong flavour than we had asked for and she was yelling at us.

I used to come into the store but thats me done! Never again! Be careful of this restaurant!

Google Bad Review:  Tonight we went to celebrate my brother’s 50th birthday with our children and was excited to visit Bird n Bun, however we were bitterly disappointed. The staff were pleasant, the waitress helpful the Manager was a bit too personal and opinionated and made not funny jokes about my brother’s weight, not very nice!

The food was awful, I ordered the kofta nachos with no bacon in the dressing, I got one nachos with no sauce at all just this unrecognisable meat imitating chicken kofta and the other with the imitation meat and sauce and lots of bacon. The Manager apologised but I specifically asked him for the food without bacon as I don’t eat pork. The burger meat was extremely salty and tough, calamari was old and rubbery, we couldn’t eat it. Chicken wing was served under cooked and pink and this was for my 13 yr old daughter, the manager’s explanation for this was that they boiled their wings!!!

Chips were dry and hard under cooked, nachos was busy with too much thickly chopped red onions with melted cheese! Yuk

All in all a very disappointing evening and we will never recommend it to anyone or go back there again. It’s really sad because it was my brother’s birthday treat and we left the restaurant gutted and hungry! The Manager did not charge me for my meal that had the bacon in it and offered to replace it, but I couldn’t really trust them after a mistake like that, he also give us 10% off the bill.
