Google Bad Review 1:  I WENT TO THE CENTRE TO MEET THE PERIO SPECIALIST AND PAID £150 FOR 35MINS THE OUTCOME WAS NOT WHAT WAS EXPECTED AS I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT IT IS NEVER HEARD OFF. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS NEW AND DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THE POCKET CHARTING. SIMON TOLD ME THAT HE WILL SEND ME A LETTER/REPORT OF HIS FINDINGS BUT DID NOT. ALL A CON AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED ESPECIALLY WHERE MONEY IS TIGHT.

Google Bad Review (2):  So disappointed. After having my initial consultation for root canal treatment and paying £100 towards it I arranged 2 visits for treatment. My total price was £1150. Daniel Vaz de Souza was the person due to carry out the work however after genuinely missing my appointment and calling the surgery within one hour of this on the same day I was told by the receptionist that Daniel had put in the notes that there would be a charge of £425 for the missed appointment which would go on top of the quoted price to continue the treatment. The receptionist said she was actually embarrassed to be passing on this message however each practitioner decides individually what happens.
I am not in a financial position to pay a ludicrous amount of money for genuinely missing an appointment therefore unable to have my root canal done even though I feel pain and need to have the treatment done. I do hope this does not get worse and cause any further complications.
I did receive a treatment plan estimate however no terms and conditions about missed or altered appointments.
I don’t understand why I have been treated this way and like I say am very disappointed.
I would not recommend this practice and post this in the hope anyone else does not get treated the way I have been.
