Google Bad Review 1:  Too expensive to for car service other bits and pieces. To be honest I am new driver and I feel later that they overcharged me I paid 535 pounds except full service, and my car gearbox broken due to less oil in it which not checked properly I presum. Even to change 4 plugs I paid near 100 pounds and later I realised that it’s not that much expensive than I charged. This place only good for general service but not rest of things. Too expensive

Dear Sir/Madam,with due respect,It is stated that I booked an appointment for all free checks on 01 june 2017 01.30 p.m at halfords autocentre chadwel heath.
When I droped the car,the sales person LOYDS wasnt in a good mood as it was a summer day after seeing that the car is booked for free checks.My question is why have u advertised on your website the free checks offer?
He told me to leave the car with him and he will phone me late afternoon for update.I myself phoned him at 04.30 p.m but no one picked up the call.So I went there at 05.00 p.m as store closes at 06.00 p.m,firstly he didnt recognize me.Then I said to him i left the car with you he said `o we were so busy we couldnt got time to check.I said to him you have wasted all my day as i am a mini cabdriver and lost almost £100.He said to me its only free checks.It will be ready in 10 minutes.My question is what is the point of making an appointment before hand in this busy city when no one has time.and if it was a 10 minutes job then why didnt he do it there and then?so I could have saved my day for my daily earning.I waited there at 6.15 p.m and the car handed over to me after waisting my whole day.Kindly remove the free checks offer if no one is willing to entertain and welcome us.
