I took my car to get its MOT and Full service as my MOT was expired. before I took it the car works perfectly fine. no issues with it. Took it in and got told I had to pay £600 to which I disagree to and asked to do the necessary things required. They also told me to change my tires.
whilst waiting for my car their management was having a argument with a customer on the issue of warrantee and the fact he had to pay £99 for an issue. the custom seemed very distressed and angry. if only I know they would do that to me too. they also failed to give me my MOT Certificate which I didn't find out until I got home.

Two days after getting my car services the car was struggling to drive. The engine light came on and also the tire light ( slippery road) which has never happened before. Called back and they said no problem bring it in after a week!

the lady at the desk was very adamant to highlight there was a £99 fee if it wasn’t under warrantee to which is was confused about as I have never heard of getting a warrantee to get my car services. they did say that they will investigate and if it isn't their fault they will charge me £99. I expressed the reason on why I am comming back is because the issue was after the car was given back from the service. When I asked what does the guarantee cover she couldn’t replay and said the technician can answer that. Asked for a technician and didn’t even bother Getting one.

I know this was a scam and they created the issue with the car I decided to not go back their. such disgusting service. I am now getting my car checked by another garage to fix whatever issue of problem they have created. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE
