A beautiful false advertisement, it is clear that here we pay the right to have a roof but do not expect comfort. Tiny room (15m2), dirty, not practical (flooding with each shower because no separation). Regarding the cleaning must be done every week but I do not think I have the same notion of cleaning as the room staff (plan a budget for household products, because here nothing will be provided) If you want to have a pleasant stay you have to go your way. Being unpleasant, uncomfortable, almost anything to collect a little extra cash (towel £ 2), here it's like a lot of people in the factory, a lot of noise and especially no space. The residence is far from the center plunged between homeless and not frequentable person of any kind. Regarding the equipment offered: a wifi which does not work in the whole of the residence, a kitchen which is there to decorate (no horrible hot smell), crockery at least (1 glass for two). Here you will have the right to wake up in the morning (no blinds), with the added bonus of an assault during breakfast by the kitchen staff who when asked for a towel refused to give you.
This is my experience, I hope to be able to help some people not to be disappointed, to see disgusted with their stay.

Une belle publicité mensongère, il est clair que ici nous payons le droit d'avoir un toit mais ne vous attendez pas a du confort. Chambre minuscule (15m2), sale, pas pratique (innondation à chaque douche car pas de séparation). En ce qui concerne le ménage doit être fait toute les semaines mais je ne pense pas avoir la même notion de ménage que le personnel de chambre (prévoyez un budget produits ménagés, car ici rien ne voust seras fournis) Si vous souhaitez passer un agréable séjour il faut passer votre chemin. Etre n effet personnel désagréable, pas arrangeant, près à tout pour récolter un peu de cash en plus (serviette 2£), ici c'est comme à l'usine beaucoup de gens beaucoup de bruit et surtout pas de place. La residence est loin du centre plongé entre sdf et personne pas fréquentable en tout genre. Pour ce qui concerne les équipements proposés: une wifi qui ne fonctionne pas dans l'ensemble de la residence, une cuisine qui est la pour décorer (pas de hot odeur horrible), de la vaisselle au minimum (1 verre pour deux). Ici vous aurez le droit au réveil matinal (pas de store), avec en prime une agression lors du petit déjeuné par le personnel de cuisine qui quand on lui demande une serviette refusé de vous en donner.
Voilà mon expérience j'espère pouvoir aider certaines personnes à ne pas être déçues, voir dégoûtées de leurs séjour.

Google Bad Review (2):  Nice little hotel, conveniently placed for the Roundhouse. Well decorated. Very small room, but suitable for an overnight stay. Bar staff were friendly, as was the lady on the desk at check in, but the night clerk was rude and snappy.

Unfortunately we stayed on the third floor, and man, was it hot. Even in November. The thermostat (which requires an engineering degree to work) seemed stuck on 19°, and we were unable to get any cooler despite downloading the manual for it at 4am when neither of us could sleep. The window, which as you'd imagine, faces a brick wall was equally impossible to keep open. That also depends on if you could sleep with Camden outside your window.

We didn't even bother with breakfast, just left as soon as possible. Can't say we'd come back, unless it was for pure closeness to the Roundhouse.

This is a hostel. A place for kids. The quality of service and behavior of fellow travelers make that clear. There’s no good reason to stay here over the other options in the area.

Google Bad Review 1:  A group of us recently attended this experience and were pleased with it, but do have points for improvement. First up, the characterisations were excellent on the whole. Kieran Mortell as Arthur stole the show. The costumes, sets, lighting and atmosphere were all convincing and entertaining.

However, we did have to question whether how immersive this experience was beyond a superficial level. There is not much to do besides spending money at the overpriced bars and our actions were ultimately inconsequential to the main story and sub-plots. We were very much just ‘along for the ride’. We were given fake money on our entry, but it is never made clear how we were supposed to spend this. As diehard fans, we were eager to get involved and took character dialogue literally to make the most of our experience. For example, Tommy Shelby announces that he will meet any man who can raise thirty pounds by the end of the night. The actors also continuously remind you that their enemy the Italian Mafia are at large and have spies in our organisation. So, we concocted our own little scheme to score some money. We found out how to rob the safe in the Peaky Blinders’ betting office and also stole documents from Tommy’s office. We then discreetly offered these to Michael saying we apprehended them from someone trying to bribe us (knowing he is the most desperate to curry favour with the family), who assured us he would pass this on to Tommy. But…nothing ever came out of it! We understand that the actors cannot deviate too far off-script, but there needs to be some room for improvisation or at least acknowledgment for such invested and creative fans.

The experience itself does warrant another visit to witness the other alternate endings and to explore parts you may have missed before, but it is very expensive to do so! To my disappointments, there were entire sets we didn’t get to see because they are only coveted by the VIP ticket. So overall, it was an enjoyable experience, but the immersiveness was lacking for me and at times it did just feel as though I was at a very costly fancy dress party.

Google Bad Review 1:  Booked a table for a world cup game, paid a £50 deposit. Arrived, no staff to be found for the first 10 minutes. Then eventually someone sees to us, Manager takes another 10 minutes to get to us. Quickly becomes evident there was no system for organising tables even though they'd taken our deposit. Manager hasnt got a clue whats going on, seemed to spend the time wondering around not doing anything whilst staff extremely busy at the bar.

Puts us a table that we can't see a screen, we have to then ask again to be moved. Due to no clear system in place he has to clear some other people off a table for us.

Tells us to “find him” to make our drinks orders to be taken off our deposit. Go to bar, cannot find him for 5 minutes. No other staff aware of the deposit system.

In short, nice venue, incredibly poorly managed by the manager. Would not waste time here due to how poorly organised this was.

Google Bad Review 1:  The security at the door are not trained well and are very rude.
I was standing at the door waiting for a friend, but it was cold so I asked to stand inside while I wait.

The response was very dismissive slamming the door in my face.

Another man standing next to me was also trying to get in but had walked out of the venue to speak to a friend on the phone. He was in fact a very good friend of Nick Maison who was performing tonight.

He clearly had a ticket to get in but security refused to even speak to the man.

Its very surprising for an establishment that has fantastic musicians to have such terrible service. I will not be coming back to the Round House and will advise all my friends that there are better places to go to.

Your staff need better training on how to talk to their customers.

Google Bad Review (2):  A fantastic live performance from the Hot 8 and Kinetika Bloco – but the whole experience was ruined by a terribly run cloakroom. The cloakroom is not cheap, but we were happy to pay to keep it safe. HOWEVER, on going to collect our belongings, we had to wait in a hot, stuffy queue with a couple of hundred other people. Security informed us the cloakroom staff finished their shift at 11pm…just as the gig finished, so there was no one there to serve the crowd.
Having emailed customer services to express how ridiculous this is, the response was quite rude and didn't acknowledge any problem with the service. I will not be returning to the venue.
I missed my last train due to waiting in the queue for 2 hours to retrieve my belongings. I can't have been the only one.
