Google Bad Review 1:  Disgusting experience. We need a new emergency vet here in London. They will tell you to euthanize when your pet is not ready and still has life to live. Staff were beyond disrespectful and professionalism wasn’t even a thing. Thought my kitty was backed up, and with no care at all the response was “actually, she has a tumour so we should euthanize”. I literally puked in panic. Like what? A bad hair ball, how could this possibly be?! I asked what to do, and she said that “if I didn’t have 3-4K and couldn’t go to Toronto that night, I should euthanize”. I told her I did not have that money on hand but I would figure it out and start calling the bank/loan places. Her response was “if you’re going to do nothing about it, euthanize her”. I began to get emotional, because I damn well was doing my best to do all I could for her. We found another vet in London that was slightly better than here. My girl enjoyed her life for 2.5 more months afterwards. If you can help it, don’t take your animal here.

Google Bad Review 1:  Tom was great to begin with but with the years the level of service declined badly. The communication became very poor. Getting hold of Tom over the phone became practically impossible. I finally gave up and hired another property management company.
I do not live in London and trusted Tom to take care of my property. It turns out maintenance was neglected, yard over grown, tenant requests handled very slowly, cleaning service very poor.
Some examples for over charge : $1200 for cleaning of a 2000 sqf unit. Equals 40 hrs of cleaning !! And this was a for a unit that had a “one month free in condition that they clean up the unit when they move out . When I asked Tom who verified that so much cleaning was needed I never got an answer. Apparently nobody from TA even looked at the unit before or after the cleaning.

Google Bad Review (2):  STUDENTS BEWARE!! Absurd mistreatment of clients, poor upkeep of properties, and this scummy company charges insane fees for every possible thing. Tom is disrespectful, rude, and overall a poor example of ethical and honourable behavior.

Google Bad Review 1:  It's a scam, they made a contract with me for a tankless Water Heater and they said it was transferable to the next tenant, when it's time to move out from the hose they told me that I have to pay $7000 for buyout , while the system they installed is not worth more than a 1000 dollars. Don't deal with them, it's a real scam

Google Bad Review (2):  I ordered a fireplace from John and paid an upgrade of $250 to switch from the standard log set to an upgraded beach log set. The fireplace never worked properly and sooted up to the point I could not see through the glass. John wanted a $350 service call fee to service it when it was 1 month old. John did not hook the fireplace to the gas manifold because the house was a new build and manifold not in place so I paid someone else to do that but still paid John his full ask price for the installed unit even though it wasn't operating. When I had another technician out to service the unit, I was told that the wood box tray should have been switched out to accommodate the beach logs and that the original log set should have come with the unit packaged in foam. There was only the beach set left thrown in the bottom of the fire box when John left and he is refusing to provide the original set that I paid for. He is not denying they should have been provided but he is lying saying they were left. I was at the house that day before he left and after the install and there was no original set. I would NEVER use this company again or refer anyone to them again. His workmanship has become very sloppy and his integrity is non-existant.

Google Bad Review 1:  I tried booking an consultation because I had a lot of trouble breathing through my nose. I already underwent another type of surgery to fix my problem but it did not work. I tried getting in contact specifically with Dr. Moore as I’ve heard great recommendations from people with the same problem, but got denied service a handful of times, telling me to go see other doctors for this service, even though their website says they handle this kind of problem and can definitely help you out. It’s crazy how doctors are supposed to help you but I’ve found this clinic to be after surgeries that will get them paid and could careless about helping people with serious issues. Go to other clinics like Yazdani, they do a great job, help you like a proper human being, and at least give you a chance. Do not go to this clinic. Garbage.

Google Bad Review 1:  Dr Yazdani is a horrible doctor. Her performed botched surgery on me, had very poor bed side manners. Do not have him perform on your face. Find a facial plastic surgeon that knows what they are doing.

Google Bad Review (2):  don’t even know where to begin. He is so money driven but yet unskilled!! He completely ruined my body. I went in for skin removal and he up sold me to breast implants. I went under drawn on for skin removal and augmentation. When I woke up he only put in implants. Now I have these giant implants and no skin removal. When I stated my concerns all he did was try to upsell me to more procedures. I had to ask for a partial refund for the procedure he didn’t complete initially. He reluctantly agreed to a fraction of what I paid for. The scarring is terrible. I have these implants in the excess skin without any shelf. All I can say is some people are better salespeople then they are surgeons
