As it was recommended by our friend, we trusted his opinion and booked it. Arrived there a day before holiday so didn't have a choice just to leave him there. Regretting now!

Google Bad Review (2):  My 2 cats came home from this place traumatised and stinking of excrement. They have never been the same since and petrified every time we take them anywhere!

Before we left our cats there we were told we were not allowed to view the area where the cats are held. This should have set off alarm bells but at the time we were desperate as our plans had fallen through. If you don't want to wind up feeling guilty like us then my advice would be to stay away!!
