Google Bad Review:  I hired I commercial kitchen space from these guys and would not reccomend them. After paying nearly £2500 for the week I had expected sole use of the space but I was told 1 day into the rental that this was not the case I was sharing it with the Cater team and was given ‘half' the space. The side I was given was cluttered with multiple deliveries and pieces of equipment, had no sink and the fridges were full with their produce much of which had expired. Additionally the cater team were working on multiple large events that week so we were very on top of eachother most of the time.A big selling point of the kitchen was that it came with a kp. This was not the case, on the initial day nobody was there at all, sides were dirty, bins full and fresh deliveries all out. On the remaining days there was a kp present but he did not help us at all rather worked solely for the Cater team. I was left to outsource my own kp and foot the bill for additional hours. On the final day when myself and my team came to pack up our equipment and leave we found the Cater team had obviously had some sort of party in there after we left there were cans everywhere and the head chef was asleep on the office table! I expressed these and a number of other issues to Greg in an email after the hire and requested a partial refund. Greg refused to take responsibility for all complaints except the kp hours of which he ‘generously' offered a reimbursement. Since this Greg has taken the less than professional route of ignoring my invoice and all correspondance I'm assuming in the hopes he will get away without refunding me. Its been almost 3 months. Totally unprofessional and would not reccomend getting involved with them.
