Google Bad Review 1: Absolute joke of customer service. Do not buy gift cards from this store, was not working, had reciept, spoke to company house. And Amanda the manager was rude and wrong. Luckily M & S were able to resolve, even though Asda liable. Useless store

Google Bad Review (2): Horrendous store, I haven’t shopped at an Asda store in around 5 years and after this weekend I remembered why, Saturday morning my family and I were on our way out for the day, we needed a couple of essentials so I popped in to Asda whilst my family waited in the car, I quickly grabbed some wet wipes and some yoghurts for my daughter, after purchasing these items at the self service till I then remembered that I needed to withdraw some cash so I went to use the cash machine, upon leaving I was pounced upon by the rudest female security guard, apparently exiting the store from the side of where the kiosk, cash machine and toilets are located is suspicious behaviour so requested to check my bags and ask for proof of purchase, i regularly use many different supermarkets and have never in my life received this kind of service, it was an utterly disgusting feeling to think that somebody would at look me and would assume that i was a thief and left me in a fowl mood for the rest of the day, the security guard would not even apologise even after I showed her my receipt, i tried to wait around to speak to a manager to complain about my experience but I was just told that they were all too busy to deal with the matter, if this how Asda treat their customers I have no intention of ever returning.
