Google Bad Review (2):  EXTREMELY poor in service. There is no option to give negative stars, if there was i would have definetely given it to Star Catering Supplies. They promise you something over the phone which is never fulfilled. Every alternate order there is a mistake and then when you call customer service or sales, their attitude is take it or leave it. I would highly not recommend them to anyone. They fool around with their customers. There is no doubt why they are getting all dissatisfied reviews. No doubt at all. Everyone is just talks talks talks in their customer service and sales team. Absolutely ridiculous service. A big 0.
To the boss or the owner of Star Catering Supplies, You need to hire professionals who care for your customers. Other companies are way ahead of you just because of good customer service. Your staff is very unprofessional and they cannot handle a bad situation created by themselves. A big disappointment. Almost every order there is a mistake. You are losing customers and you will lose even more with the kind of service you are providing.
