Google Bad Review: Terrible service, none of the employees spoke to each other or called us back when they said they would. Arranged a fitting then said they couldn't do it, then came at the wrong time anyway. Made my heavily pregnant wife cry after threatening her over the phone. If it hadn't happened to me I wouldn't believe it myself. Disappointing as we chose to use a local company over a big carpet warehouse to support local business.
