Google Bad Review 1:  I was an employee of this company and they have yet to give me my wages. I spoke to someone called Jessica who said she will update me on march 3. It is now april 3 and I have only now realised this employee of the company has blocked me.

If you are looking to work for this company, do not. (Also, I am convinced the reviews are fake).

Google Bad Review (2):  AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I used Amazing Services on the morning of the 23rd of April for an end of tenancy clean in my flat.
As per the companies terms and conditions I left the flat during the cleaning process. I went to a friends nearby and awaited the phone call I was told I would receive 20 minutes before they were finished so I could come back and check everything was up to standard.
After waiting four and a half hours (estimated clean time was 2-3 hours) I went round to find that they had left.
The general cleaning was good on first impression. Floors were mostly clean (apart from a couple of shoe imprints in the wooden floor from mopping). But on further inspection I found a few things that truly shocked me.
In the bathroom I discovered un-flushed urine sitting in the toilet bowl (which at service cost of £177 I found unacceptable).
I then started to notice that there were items missing from the bathroom.
There was nothing on the companies website OR in the terms and conditions I received via email saying that cleaning products should be removed before the clean or they will be disposed of.
My landlady is in the process of very kindly donating the flat to a Ukrainian family of refugees, so myself and some friends had pulled together a lot of cleaning supplies, tea towels, toilet rolls, soaps etc for the family. These were all tidied away in cupboards that I had already cleaned. I was disgusted to see that this cleaning company managed to dispose of ALL of the kitchen and bathroom supplies that were full and clearly left with intent for the next tenants.
When I let the cleaners in they said nothing about anything being thrown away, otherwise I would have asked them not to do so / taken them out of the property whilst they cleaned.
I tried to call the company numerous times with no answer. I sent an email to Amazing Services and received a phone call two hours later.
Sadly I did not get the name of the man I spoke to but he was very rude and said that that was just their end of tenancy protocol but he failed to tell me where this was written or when I was told about this. He was very unsympathetic about the whole situation and the ten minute phone call left me extremely upset and angry. He did tell me that the missing stuff was probably still in my wheelie bin and that if I wanted it I could go get it..
I paid a lot of money for this service to be done by professionals and was told I wouldn’t be receiving a penny back in compensation…which would only be going back to supplying more necessary items for the future family.
I chose this company because of their great reviews. It’s sad to see that their work does not keep up with their apparent great online image.
I am not the type of person to complain about this type of thing and this is actually my first ever Google review but I am so appalled about how I was treated by Amazing Services that I felt that other people should know what kind of service this company really offers.
