When the cleaner does come the standard is quite good (only reason for 2 stars instead of 1), however the cleaner rarely comes on the correct day, often coming 2 or 3 days later, sometimes not at all that week. No reason or communication is given why or when they will be in, even after multiple complaints and requests for better communication. The response to this review suggests this was a one-off experience, which it is not. More often than not the cleaner does not come on the correct day, and more than once the cleaner has not come that week without explanation, including this week.

Google Bad Review 1:  BAD experience! Cullens failed to clean to the standard expected of an End of Tenancy Clean. Items such as crumbs and dirt still in cupboards, dirty toilets, sticky surfaces and dusty skirting. After 4 hrs cleaning and over £300 I expected a much better standard. I have now had to pay for another company to come back and do the job properly. Make sure to read ALL their terms and conditions. They offered to return and try and rectify the issues but the landlord did not want them back as the job was so poorly done in the first place. However they still wanted payment in full. A very angry and dissatisfied customer!

I swear to god with my word this company have a completely horrible management team and never ever choose to use it!!!As they never admit the guy have damaged my floor and keep calling me to tell me to change the comment ! WOW!

If you choose to use this company! You are going to regret!!!

First, the guy have managed to come to damage the kitchen floor without telling me. When I call to make a complaint, the guy (technician) decided to call me privately to tell me to delete this comment!

Second, they never admit they damaged my floor and the company response “ it is not the problem of the technician” and they keep put the blame on me! What a horrible customer service !

Third, they keep pushing me and “saying offer a compensation” in order for me to change this bad comment to a good one! Can you guys just stop! This is crazy! they despise customers with their ignorance and arrogance when ironically they are the ones who share wrong moral values and the culprits who damaged guests’ properties !

Anyway, I don’t think this company care about any of your carpet! They want the money and that is all.

Google Bad Review 1:  I have used Wrennalls carpet cleaning services several times in the past, and like the rest of the reviewers I have been very satisfied with their work, but not the last time.
The carpet cleaning (bungalow Lounge and hall) initially seemed, very satisfactory although the drying time was over an hour and half.
After about a month I started to notice soiled areas developing, particularly on trafficked and sitting areas. On the second month I contacted Wrennalls requesting that when they were in my area to check the carpet. Promise of a call back did not happen, same on my second call, same on my third call. On my fourth call I spoke to a lady who was very rude, but did promise to call me back, and as with the previous promises this did not happen.
Something has gone wrong with the cleaning process, the carpet is now dirtier than before the cleaning. For whatever reason the carpet is now contaminated with residues attracting dirt. Wrennalls will not examine the carpet to identify the problem. There appears to be no quality control in the Wrennalls organization

Carpet Bright haven't even replied to my email which I sent to the them the very next day asking for a refund which I think I am definitely entitled to. Had they been honest with me in the beginning and told me that puppy urine stains would not come out at all, nor would the smell I would obviously not have gone ahead with the booking. Alarm bells should have rung when they asked for up front payment but the hard sell is very clever and persuasive. I'm disgusted and really upset and feel I have been conned! I would NEVER use this company again and wish I hadn't been talked into using it this time. Absolutely the worst carpet clean I have ever had done. I cant believe I am the only person this has happened to either.

Payed for 4 hours and they stayed for 2!!
Meant to be a ‘deep clean' didn't even mop the floors! Just did a quick wipe and that's all nothing is properly clean…
Its only a 2 bedroom flat once I said I wasn't happy with them they didn't offer to clean what they was meant to clean! What I payed for them to do.
Would post pictures but not sure how to on Google reviews.
They done a STANDARD clean and not a DEEP clean I payed £130 and it was only worth maximum £30-£40. Don't use this company.

THEY WILL JUST TELL YOU TO HIRE MORE TIME WHEN YOU PAY FOR 4 HOURS WHEN THEY ONLY PROVIDE 2 HOURS OF WORK!!!

The owner was Hopeless and obviously this is a common reoccurrence
Wish I read the 1* reviews as they are all mimicking whats happend to me
I have mental health problems and really needed the help. Such a shame I now need to hire a cleaner to do the work that was suppose to be done in the first place !!
