Google Bad Review 1: **DO NOT USE OR PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY** if Richard Foord-Joseph (company numbers 12321601, 12321601, 12203246) and/or Silviu Dimitru Bahnovei (Nero Building Services, co no:12188448) are in any way associated with your building project, immediately report them to the police for theft. They will con you out of money, and then vanish into thin air never to be seen or heard from again. Not only the worst professionals I have ever dealt with, but the worst human beings conning people out of hard earned cash during a pandemic, with absolutely no decency to get in touch to tell you what has happened. If something has gone wrong, then just be honest about it, rather than run and hide away like little mice.
Fancy looking website, references were there and at the start a very positive looking outlook. But then once started, the problems and issues just continued to materialise. Silviu (site manager) is an absolute conman blames everyone else for his mistakes and walked off without any explanation. Nero Business Services now filed for strike off with companies house, I'm sure it wont be long until South East Building and all associated companies will follow suit. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THESE TWO IMPOSTERS
