Google Bad Review (2):  I went into Grange Barnet as they had offers showing on their website that I was interested in…… once I was in the store they had none of the cars available that were being advertised that suited that offer and placed an order for a new car. I was told once the deposit was paid I would be given an eta for the vehicle the following day…. I was not given this for another three weeks after chasing it nearly every day. On top of that after I paid my deposit, they advertised further cars with the original offer that I was interested in on their website…. I called about them and they said the cars were no longer available. Swindon manager was really helpful, getting the Barnet manager to call ( this is after I sent several emails and left calls myself for nearly four weeks). After a very long conversation with the branch manager he could not answer any of the subjects we went through or give any explaination for the poor service and lack of communication. I find it unacceptable for the manager to take over 9 days to call back any customer especially an existing customer who has paid a deposit. I did not expect such a large brand as Range Rover to have such poor standards especially with the response from the manager. I would not expect a branch manager to sets those standards not giving and clear answer or resolution to the situation.
