Google Bad Review:  My experience in purchasing our first new car with Nissan Mill Hill has been very poor.

Ash the manager is the only one I recommend people speak to he went out of his way for us.

We agreed to purchase and completed PCP paperwork on 22nd Sept 2019. Staff said they would update me Monday 24th on credit approval status.

Didn't hear from them, in fact I phoned the showroom on Thursday 27th Sept and was told yes everything is fine. Due to staff sickness they couldn't tell me beforehand. I was told to come in and sign some more paper work on Sunday 30th Sept which I did, car coming in on Tuesday 1st Oct.

Monday 31st Nissan showroom phoned me again, more paperwork needed to be signed went in again on next morning Tuesday 1st Oct – had to take time off work.

Now told car coming on Fri 4th Oct

Sat 5th Oct we visited show room to drop off our newly purchased private number plate, and they could not tell me when car was due in. It's coming in a few days that's all we got and they will get somebody to phone us on Monday 7th with a confirm date.

Monday 7th Oct

Got a generic review response from Nissan Hill asking that I should phone them – REALLY!!! not even personalised.

2pm got a phone call to inform that the car will arrive today. Wife and I are looking forward to collecting our brand new car tomorrow.
